Abdominal Workout Single Leg Crossover • this exercise targets the obliques. Hang from a overhead bar with your hands outside shoulder width & facing forward. Lift one knee upward & cross it over your body at an angle, hitting the oblique muscles. Once leg is as high as possible, slowly lower it until it is straight then switch to the other leg.
