The Switch is based off of android. Genshin already treats android like second class. It's seriously one of the worst optimized games I've ever come across for the platform. People with S23 Ultras not even hitting 30 fps during combat half the time at decent settings. And the game already struggled to run on PS4.

Genshin does require an internet connection after all, the Switch, or maybe Nintendo's servers, known for bad internet connectivity and most would want to play it portable.
