Two tornadoes touched down in Nodaway County on Tuesday
Apr 18, 2024 · According to an NWS preliminary damage survey, an EF-1 tornado with estimated peak winds of 90 miles per hour touched down west of Hopkins between 9 and 9:01 a.m., spending less than a minute on the ground. The tornado's maximum width was 25 yards and traveled .54 miles.
