May 12, 2020 · MATTE GREEN! Tesla Model Y - Vinyl Wrap - 3M 2080 WOW! This Model Y owner wanted to be different from the rest. We roll out some vinyl for this project. We use Matte Pine Green Metallic from 3M 2080 and wrap the entire car. With every vinyl job we always get the front bumper in PPF so it takes care of chips from rocks during freeway driving.

Nov 18, 2017 · Overall cost for the wrap material was $450, I ordered 100 ft, so I have extra to cover about 60% of my model x. Other tools and ceramic coating put it at $550 total. Add another $100-150 to finish my model x and per car it is roughly $350 in total cost. Took around 35 hours in total, worked a panel at a time at night once the kids went to sleep.

Oct 10, 2022 · I love my new Model Y, and I love the Pixar film, “Cars”. IMO, the Model Y really resembles the caricature nature of Lightning McQueen. Would love to see one (probably not mine) in a wrap made to look like a replica of Lightning McQueen from the first “Cars” film.
