Carley's J.B. Rum originated in Trelawny, Montego Bay, Jamaica in the mid-nineties. Crystal clear. Fruity, burnt caramel, fried plantain with surprisingly little alcohol burn considering the high strength. A huge fruity palate which exaggerates the notes found on the nose. Touch of hairspray to the lingering plantain, jack fruit finish.
