Family karate training is a fun way to share a common interest, learn new skills and spend time together. Karate is also mentally and physically challenging, offers a great workout and teaches practical self-defence skills.
With a bit of creativity and perseverance, families can find activities that all members enjoy and can do together often. Some families are even going to the karate “dojo” (Japanese word for training hall) as a place to meet up and spend quality time together.
