Connecticut State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are on the hunt for a fleeing armed and dangerous suspect believed to have traveled to Connecticut in a black Audi after allegedly dragging a trooper in Massachusetts following a domestic incident in Vermont.

A Vermont man accused of leading Massachusetts police on a high-speed chase and dragging a state trooper was taken into custody, police said.

A Massachusetts State Police trooper was hurt on Tuesday after they tried to stop a driver who Vermont public safety officials suspect was armed and was dragged.
