12. NC State Zoe Brooks and Tilda Trygger are back, but NC State has big shoes to fill following the departures of Madison Hayes, Saniya Rivers and Aziaha James.

She’ll form a formidable front-duo with Tilda Trygger, a 6-foot-6 sophomore, and will be one of the many passing options for junior point guard Zoe Brooks.

She averaged 17.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game as a junior. Samuels, part of the same class as N.C. State guard Zoe Brooks, is from Forestville, Maryland.
