Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the increase in foreign truck drivers poses a danger to Americans, echoing concerns among truckers over the issuing of commercial driver's licenses.

The U.S. Marshals Service said Harjinder Singh, 28, is not a U.S. citizen and entered the country illegally from Mexico in 2018.

The U.S. has immediately paused all work visas for foreign commercial truck drivers, citing safety risks from non-English speakers and recent fatal accidents.
