Patterson High School's theater filled with hundreds of students and faculty Thursday as they waited for a surprise visit from Eslabon Armado, a music group whose members grew up in the area.

The possibility of reopening Patterson Elementary School, part of the Challis School District, is in the early phases of exploration.
