Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest was named one of the top 10 best Oktoberfest events in the country by USA TODAY 10Best, as voted by readers.
The event features live music on two different stages, food trucks, games, and a best Oktoberfest outfit contest. The first 300 people will get a free Frogtoberfest beer stein.
While the largest, the Ohio event came in at No. 8 in a recent USA Today poll of the 10 best Oktoberfests in the country. Zeeco Oktoberfest in Tulsa, Oklahoma, took the top spot in the poll.
