The Kansas City Chiefs are heading to the AFC Championship game for the seventh straight year, this time against the Buffalo Bills. Sunday’s game will be the sixth time since 2019 that Arrowhead Stadium will host this clash for the right to play in the Super Bowl.

The Bills impressed in the wild-card and divisional rounds, but in their defeat of the Baltimore Ravens, which earned them entrance into this week’s AFC Championship Game, they made mistakes that could be costly if repeated against the Chiefs.

Kansas City and Buffalo have faced off six times since colliding in the 2021 AFC Championship Game, with two of those meetings in the postseason. The Chiefs won both of the divisional-round matchups, most recently taking out the Bills with a 27-24 victory in last season's playoffs.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes hasn't done well in games under referee Clete Blakeman, and he's set to officiate the AFC Championship Game.
