According to USA Today, a rare southern storm smashed snowfall records from New Orleans, Louisiana, to Pensacola, Florida, earlier this week, encasing the region in ice and snow. Although snow is expected to exit the area Wednesday, impacts from Winter Storm Enzo, including power outages and dangerous travel, will be felt for days.

Official records are incomplete, but unofficial reports indicate Winter Storm Enzo brought epic amounts of snow across the Gulf Coast.
