The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) on Tuesday revealed that an average inflation rate was recorded at 4.49 per cent in the fiscal year 2024-25.
According to details, the transport fares have been increased from Lahore to Faisalabad, Bhalwal, Chakwal and Sialkot by up to Rs100 each.
"The Punjab government is spending money on advertisements for flour bags. Money is available to clean the roads with rose water, but not for the uplift of the hospitals," said Akram.
