Now that Habitat for Humanity has finished its 138th house, it’s time to gift that house to a lucky family in the organization’s homeownership program.

Plans for a $100,000 donation from Cellcom are expected to change after the Green Bay City Council voted to deny the donation’s return and subsequent re-distribution.
