K ERRVILLE, Texas—Rescuers searched the Guadalupe River for survivors of the Texas flash floods that killed at least 95 people over the July Fourth holiday weekend, with an unknown number of people still missing.

The death toll from the devastating floods across central Texas surpassed 90 as dozens of people remain missing. In Kerr County, at least 48 adults and 27 children died, according to officials.
