Remains of 41-year-old Justie Stilwell were recovered near the Edward Golson Boat Launch Wednesday. The area is closed to the public Friday morning as police continue their investigation.

BAY CITY, Mich. (WJRT) - Police in Bay City have identified the human remains that were found on Wednesday. The Bay City Department of Public Safety said that the remains were 41-year-old Justie Stilwell. Stillwell was reported missing on Wednesday by his family.

BAY CITY, MI — Police are investigating after human remains were found floating in About 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, police responded to the Edward Golson Boat Launch at 1600 N. Johnson St. near Independence Bridge after a person called to report finding body parts in the water.
