Cal Fire crews responded to two small fires Monday, one located near a U.S. Navy facility in the Cleveland National Forest and the other involving a recreational vehicle in the community of Bonsall.

A new wildfire was reported today at 10:28 a.m. in San Diego County. Naval Fire has been burning on federal land managed by the United States Forest Service. Currently, there is no information on the containment of the fire and the cause of it is still undetermined.

NWS' 3:40 a.m. advisory indicates winds were blowing northeast at speeds between 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 60 mph.

Park visitors can expect a slight uptick in prices at San Diego County's parks. Starting Feb. 18, user fees for camping, parking, fishing permits, boating rentals, and sport facilities will increase for the first time in 11 years.

Nearly 100,000 San Diegans could loose power during the next round of power shutoffs after the National Weather Service issued another Red Flag Warning for the region for Monday and Tuesday as Santa Ana winds return.
