Jodie Foster is riding high after scoring her first-ever Emmy on Sunday night. The A-lister, who bagged an award for Outstanding Actress in a Limited Series or Movie, headed to the stage where she delivered a heartfelt speech.

Jodie Foster has won her first Emmy. Foster, who won two Oscars for Best Actress for The Accused and The Silence of the Lambs, has finally triumphed at the primetime TV awards on the fifth time of asking in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Anthology Series or Movie category.

Inside Man, directed by Spike Lee, stars Clive Owen as a robber holding hostages in a Wall Street bank, Denzel Washington (pictured) as the cop on the case, and Foster as a fixer hired by bank founder Christopher Plummer to retrieve something more valuable than money from the institution.
