After an important 6-3 win over the San Jose Sharks, Boston Bruins interim coach Joe Sacco sent Brad Marchand and the rest of the locker room a strong statement about helping David Pastrnak.

The Boston Bruins make their lone road stop during a busy stretch of four games in six days when they face the New Jersey Devils for the teams' first head-to-head meeting of the season Wednesday night in Newark, N.J.

The Bruins placed Mark Kastelic on injured reserved and called up two veterans from Providence prior to their trip to New Jersey for a game against the Devils on Wednesday.

After the Bruins' brutal loss, head coach Joe Sacco made some serious changes to the club's lines at practice. After being scratched last game, Oliver Wahlstrom skated on the first line at practice. Morgan Geekie also moved down the middle, while David Pastrnak played at right wing.
