Panthers forward Sam Reinhart could find himself in hot water with the NHL after he was ejected for a dirty hit.

LOS ANGELES – The Florida Panthers will wrap up their first of two back-to-backs on their current road trip when they visit the Los Angeles Kings at Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday. Overall, Florida is 5-1-0 on the second half of back-to-backs this season.

In similar fashion to Saturday’s 3-0 loss to the Panthers, the Ducks faltered in the third period in last night’s result. A goal from Sam Bennett less than a minute into the third took away any momentum that the Ducks had generated during the second period.

Zegras returns to the lineup after missing 22 games with a knee injury, but Florida beats the Ducks for the second time in four days, 5-3, handing them their seventh loss in eight games.

The final NHL game on Wednesday's schedule will pit the defending champion Panthers against the Kings out on the West Coast.
