The Browns struggled to score points during the season, averaging a league-low 15.2. They only scored more than 18 points three times, and had a three-game stretch of less than 10 points broken with a 35-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Saturday's finale.

Maybe there is a brighter future here in Cleveland - how could it not be brighter than 3-14? - but there certainly is a dark cloud hanging over the Browns franchise at this time.

Kevin Stefanski opened up Cleveland Browns training camp with a bang in late July last year by announcing that he was going to retain the play-calling responsibilities for the upcoming season. The big reveal came despite the fact that Stefanski had hired Ken Dorsey to be the team's new offensive coordinator in an effort to cater the offense to quarterback Deshaun Watson.

This offseason is off to a great start. The debates are going to be fierce but great. What will and should they do at QB? When will they extend KOC and KAM? What positions will they target in free agency and then the draft?

General manager Andrew Berry is building a list of potential free agents, with some familiar names on his notepad, while also adding an intriguing prospect. On the coaching front, head coach Kevin Stefanski filled an open position on his staff by promoting Tommy Rees from passing game specialist/tight ends coach Tommy Rees to offensive coordinator.

Cleveland will reportedly interview Klint Kubiak for its offensive coordinator position. The Bengals’ search for a defensive coordinator reportedly includes Matt Eberflus and Patrick Graham.
