Steps Recorder will no longer receive updates and will be removed in future releases of Windows. Microsoft announced the change alongside its latest Insider Build of Windows 11.

They’re always impressed, but it’s really not hard. You can still access Steps Recorder by typing Steps Recorder into Windows Search. The thing is, though, Steps Recorder is being phased out.
