Microsoft has released quality improvements to the Windows 10 servicing stack, the OS component that enables customers to receive and install Windows updates.

Servicing stack updates are released depending on new issues or vulnerabilities. Whenever a Service Stack Update is installed, it updates the Component-Based Servicing (CBS) on an operating system.

Microsoft has pulled KB4601390, another buggy Windows 10 servicing stack update (SSU), because it blocked customers from installing this month's security and Cumulative Updates.
