I’d suggest you simply go to EDAPlayground and create a new Verilog project. Then start moving the files over from the original post. You’ll run into errors and missing files.

The FakePGA project by [tvlad1234], based on the Verilator toolkit, provides you with a way to compile Verilog into C++ for the RP2040.
