The lawsuits allege that Roblox prioritized its profits over child safety. The gaming platform rebuts claims it would intentionally risk the safety of its users.

A new survey indicates most Roblox users spend money on the platform, which often translates into physical purchasing.

“What Roblox represents as a safe, appropriate space for children is, in fact, a digital and real-life nightmare for kids,” the lawsuit, filed by Dolman Law Group, stated.
