If half of your computer screen is blurry on Windows 11/10, roll back or reinstall GPU driver, change Refresh rate, update monitor firmware, etc.
You can easily change your screen resolution in Windows 10 at any time via the Display Settings menu.
We should note, however, that Windows 10 will still default to 60Hz when you plug in a new monitor for compatibility reasons -- even if your fancy new gaming display can support a 360Hz refresh rate.
Previously, Windows acted like the secondary monitor was still attached; I could move windows to that screen, and the Display Settings screen would show two monitors still.
