VictPol have enlisted their first patrol car with automatic number plate recognition technology, lagging behind other states.

Automated number plate technology is gaining widespread use across Australia and forms part of the Coalition’s crime policy.

It also provides mobile and fixed cameras, software, and services in automated license/number plate recognition. The business has annual global sales of approximately $40 million.
