Simply press RB/R1 as you would have done for Silkspear, and this will trigger a flurry of silk threads to surround you, engulfing any nearby enemy. This helps to trivialize fights where the enemy is a flying enemy and has an aerial advantage. However, you do have to use Silk to power this attack, so use it wisely.

The main way to heal yourself is via a mechanic called Bind. As you fight enemies, a small bar that looks like a spool of thread under your health bar will fill up. When it is full, you can perform Bind by hitting A on your controller on Xbox, X on PlayStation, or B on Nintendo Switch.
