You can filter data in Excel based on either certain parameters in columns or over the whole sheet, and you can later unfilter the sheet.

Click the "Sort Smallest to Largest" button to sort your numeric data in ascending order. The button is located within the "Sort & Filter" group on Excel's "Data" tab.
