Copying your messages to Word also allows you to reformat their appearances, if necessary. If you are using Outlook, you can export your email to another format that Word can recognize.

Launch Outlook and open the folder containing the emails you want to save to the flash drive. Select the emails you want to save.

If you want to export emails from Outlook, you can use the app's built-in exporting tools, which will give you a single file with your emails.
