We can add the flow chart with the help of the Google docs drawing option. To access that, click on the Insert option in the menu bar, then hover on the Drawing option.

Next, go to Google Docs and create or open your document in which you want to add an organizational chart. Go to the Insert menu and tap on Chart > From Sheets option.
