Click "System Recover" under the left section, labeled "I Need Help Immediately." Follow the on-screen instructions to boot off the recovery partition and restore your HP computer to working order.

You can factory reset an HP laptop using Windows Settings or Windows Recovery to revert the laptop to its original state.
