A new program for at-risk youth in Detroit called "Moving Forward" is welcoming its second group. Moving Forward accepts children ages 12 to 17, giving them support, friendship and guidance.

Portland-area housing authority Home Forward on Tuesday will open applications for its Housing Choice Voucher Program and open the waitlist for more than a dozen low-income apartment complexes.
