Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 build to Dev Channel Insiders. The new build, 23471, adds more features to the tabbed File Explorer and fixes bugs in it as well.
Other File Explorer improvements include bug fixes for not being able to navigate by typing into the address bar, unexpected overlaps while in full-screen mode, and various issues that caused crashes.
