This virtual monopoly has paid off for Nvidia (quite literally), increasing its revenue from $8.3 billion in its 2023 fiscal first quarter to $44 billion in its 2026 fiscal first quarter (ended April 27).

Beyond the Nvidia Hype Over the past few years, Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) has been a stellar investment, riding the wave of artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductor demand. Its stock has soared, delivering remarkable returns for investors who bet on its innovative chips powering AI data centers and gaming.

There's no guarantee that Amazon will be worth $5 trillion by 2030, but it's an achievable prediction. It wouldn't be much of a prediction to forecast that Nvidia will be a $5 trillion company within the next few years.
