Two ships are reported to have collided in the North Sea this morning. The incident is understood to have involved an oil tanker, reportedly on fire, and a cargo ship. The alarm was raised just before 10am this morning. An emergency response is being led by HM Coastguard. The incident is said to be ongoing.
