At 83 years old, Harrison Ford just marked a first in his long-running career. The actor has been nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for the 2025 Emmy Awards, which is his first-ever Emmy nomination.

That seemed to be the major takeaway as the 77th annual Emmy Award nominations were announced Tuesday, with Severance leading all nominees with 27 total, HBO’s The Penguin coming in second with 24, The Last of Us in fifth with 16, and Andor coming in sixth with 14, including Outstanding Drama Series.
The victories and inspiring acceptance speeches will be revealed during the 77th Primetime Emmys on Sept. 14. The awards ceremony (CBS, 8 ET/5 PT and streaming on Paramount+) will be hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze.
