Officer Carver began his career with the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in April of 2016. Throughout his career, Officer Carver has worked various posts and is a current SRT member.

He was transferred to the Southern Ohio Correctional Institution while the incident was under investigation. OSHP continues to investigate Lansing’s death.
