Michael McDermott, son of Chi-Chi’s founder Marno McDermott and the architect of the comeback, told the Star Tribune he will convert his two Rojo Mexican Grills into Chi-Chi’s restaurants.
“I’ve been doing this long enough to realize, too, that everything is cyclical,” said McDermott, who has built his career in the restaurant industry with brands like Kona Grill and Rojo Mexican Grill.
