Travis Kelce has trimmed down considerably since last season, and it has been noticeable in the way he's been making plays in training camp.

According to Kelce, the foundation for those playoff runs are built in St. Joseph, Missouri in the earliest stages of the team’s work.

There could be some additional motivation for Kelce this season, as the Chiefs are coming off a 40-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl. He also had something of a down year by his incredible standards even though he posted 97 catches for 823 yards and three touchdowns.
