Outlook is an application many of us rely on every day, and yet, it's not immune to causing problems here and there.

If OneNote Sections or Pages disappear, follow these instructions. To fix the issue, use the OneNote Diagnostic Tool, sync manually, create a new section, etc.

If you've exhausted all the repair options and the problems persist, you might be able to fix your issues by resetting your Windows PC. Thankfully, you can also do that without losing your data.

Open File Explorer and head to the following path: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft. Confirm whether or not you see a folder named FORMS2. If not, make sure Outlook is closed.
