Outlook is an application many of us rely on every day, and yet, it's not immune to causing problems here and there.
Here’s how you can edit the registry to fix the problem: Open Registry Editor: Press the Windows key, type regedit, and open the Registry Editor.
Open File Explorer and head to the following path: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft. Confirm whether or not you see a folder named FORMS2. If not, make sure Outlook is closed.
