In order to shield children from inappropriate contents, Xbox accounts with a Date of Birth of under 13 years old are not permitted to access certain Roblox games.

Roblox is a game creation platform on PC, Mac, iOS and Android with 7 million players a month. Next month it comes to Xbox One to take on the likes of Disney Infinity and Project Spark.

The new Xbox One app will allow Roblox content creators to release their games on multiple platforms simultaneously without having to worry about porting the code to each new system.

Players can connect with one another on Roblox and share their gaming experiences by adding friends.
