STOCKTON, Tooele County — A zoo and conservation center in Tooele County has a new resident: a rare white water buffalo.
Phill, the escaped water buffalo from Pleasant Hill, was rushed to the Iowa State University Large Animal Hospital on Thursday, but died overnight.
