East Point police say the man was sitting inside his vehicle at the McDonald's when a red sedan pulled in front of him and someone inside opened fire.

ATLANTA, GA — East Point police are reaching our to the public in hopes of finding the person who gunned down a young father nearly a week ago. 24-year-old Quintavious Clark was shot to death as he sat in his car in the parking lot of a Virginia Avenue McDonalds. Police say they now have a couple of surveillance photos of the killer’s red car.

East Point Police said on Jan. 31, just after 3:30 in the morning, officers responded to Highpoint Way for a call about a rape and sexual assault. With assistance from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, police said investigators were able to identify the suspect accused of sexually assaulting the victim as Walker, who is 27 years old.

Around 2:10 a.m. on Feb. 7, East Point police were called to the McDonald’s on Virginia Avenue about a person shot. Officers said Quintavious Clark was inside his vehicle when a red car pulled in front of Clark’s vehicle and fired multiple shots into the vehicle.
