The plan calls for a 42,688-square-foot, 22-unit, two-story apartment complex on top of a first floor parking garage located on the west side of Courthouse Drive and the south side of Fenwick Street.

Two apartment buildings, one of them with a bar, would replace the Spaghetti Warehouse building on West Broad Street.
