Los Angeles County residents who were impacted by January’s wildfires have until 8:59 p.m. Monday to apply for federal disaster assistance.

The forms can be completed online, or at a Disaster Recovery Center located at the UCLA Research Park West, 10850 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, or in Altadena at 540 W. Woodbury Road.
