FOND DU LAC (WLUK) -- The man accused of setting fire to a Northeast Wisconsin congressman's office over the short-lived TikTok ban appeared in court Wednesday. Caiden Stachowicz, 19, of Menasha, is charged with arson, attempted burglary, criminal damage to property and terrorist threats.
