Combat sports reporter Ariel Helwani also confirmed his status with the UFC, announcing he had not parted ways with the MMA leaders. He also revealed what McGregor told him amid his plot to return to action. "Conor McGregor HAS NOT parted ways the UFC," Helwani wrote on X.
